My neighbors and I reached out to Burke multiple times to complain about the situation. He promised to send his team back to torch and tamp the spots smooth, but unfortunately, he never followed through on his promise.
I found that Burke Asphalt Paving lacks accountability and follow-up. Despite promising to address the issues, they failed to make an appearance or rectify the problems. This lack of follow-through was frustrating and unprofessional. It’s evident that they don’t uphold their promises.
Furthermore, the application process was sloppy, as they got materials all over my neighbor’s fence. Additionally, their machinery created a big trench in my rear lawn. Their lack of precision and care during the application process was highly disappointing.
